Overview

The entrance sets the tone for the day. Arrivals should feel effortless for guests and be fully visible to the organiser, and entry has to keep running even when the network is under strain.

How we work

We run NDACS at every entrance, connected to the registration list. Guests check in at self-service kiosks or staffed counters, badges print on the spot and the organiser sees arrivals live. Each station keeps working on its own if connectivity drops.

From QR code to lanyard.

For an international business exhibition we ran the whole arrival: numbered self check-in stations, staffed counters for walk-ins and handheld scanners at the doors, all working from one live guest list.

Guests scan the QR code from their confirmation, NDACS finds them in the list and prints the name badge on the spot. The matching lanyards hang on a rack beside every station, so every delegate leaves the station with badge and lanyard in one stop.
